You can send in your Bento database file, and I'll migrate your data, including forms and images, into a FileMaker Pro database file. I have sent you a private message with details. When you are in Table View "spreadsheet look" , click the first icon to the right of "View As:" in the Status Toolbar. See the below screen shot - highlighted in red. This will put you in Form view.
